- Curiosity about LLM tools (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) – maybe you have already experimented with them privately
- Own small projects, further training or courses around IT & AI – no matter how small, we are happy to take a look
Your tasks:
- Co-developing AI agents: You work on AI agents in customer projects – initially on clearly defined subtasks, with growing personal responsibility.
- Reviewing & hardening AI-generated code: You learn not just to adopt AI-generated code, but to understand, test & improve it to production readiness.
- Documenting cleanly: You record what you build & why – so solutions remain traceable & maintainable.
- Assuring quality: You test thoroughly, find errors before they reach the customer & apply your diligence exactly where it counts.
- Growing in the team: You work closely with experienced developers, seek feedback & build your craft step by step.
