Your added value:
What you bring – and what we make of it together:
- Education: You have completed a degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or a related STEM subject – Bachelor or Master, also welcome as a transition from research.
- Analytical thinking: You break complex problems down into solvable parts, work in a structured way & are not put off by the unknown – that is your greatest asset.
- Programming basics: You have programmed in your studies or in your own projects – ideally with Python; we do not expect perfection, but we do expect curiosity & willingness to learn.
- AI interest: You actively follow the developments around LLMs & AI agents – maybe you have already experimented with APIs, prompts or small projects of your own.
- Willingness to learn: You want to learn AI-supported development – i.e. not just generate AI-generated code, but understand, review & improve it.
- Soft skills: You communicate clearly, ask when something is unclear & take responsibility for your tasks.
- Languages: very good German (min. C1) & good English (min. B2).
Nice-to-have – not a must, but a plus:
- Thesis or projects related to machine learning, data analysis, simulation or numerical mathematics
- First experience with LLM APIs (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI), RAG approaches or agent frameworks
- Basic knowledge of Git, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript or Docker
- Own projects on GitHub – no matter how small, we are happy to take a look
Your tasks:
- Co-developing AI agents: You work on AI agents in customer projects – initially on clearly defined subtasks, with growing personal responsibility.
- Understanding & reviewing AI code: You learn to systematically read, test & improve AI-generated code – the core competence of modern software development.
- Assuring quality: You write tests, document your work & help bring our solutions to production readiness.
- Contributing analytics: You use your mathematical-physical thinking for data preparation, evaluation of AI results & modelling of customer processes.
- Thinking along & shaping: You contribute your ideas in team reviews & project meetings – good arguments count more with us than seniority.

- Collaboration on productive AI agents for real customers – from document processing through process automation to data analysis
- Work with modern LLM APIs, agent frameworks & tools such as Python, Git & Docker
