As a Business & Strategy Associate you work directly alongside the management – on exactly the questions that decide on structure, direction & success. Why this position exists
We are building new things – solutions, business models, structures. For this we need someone who keeps the management's back free, delivers analyses & decision papers & drives projects forward independently. A role in which you learn company building at close range – & in which your commitment becomes directly visible.
Your profile:
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You think in business models, opportunities & results – not in task lists. You want to understand how a company really works.
- Analytical strength: You structure complex matters, identify the essentials & derive clear recommendations.
- Tech & AI competence: You are highly proficient in Excel & PowerPoint, quickly familiarise yourself with new tools & use modern BI & analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) as a matter of course.
- AI as a lever: You use the leading LLMs – Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok & Llama – purposefully for research, analysis & decision preparation.
- Communication strength: You get complex content across clearly, both verbally & visually, & appear confident towards management, customers & partners.
- Initiative: You do not wait for instructions, but recognise what needs to be done & tackle it proactively.
- Languages: very good German (min. C1) & good English (min. B2); every additional language is a plus.
- Resilience & flexibility: You keep a cool head even with several parallel topics & are occasionally willing to travel.
Your tasks:
Strategy & analysis
- Analyse markets, competitors & business models & prepare them for the management
- Create decision papers, business cases & scenarios – well-founded, clear & implementation-oriented
- Drive strategic projects forward independently – from concept to implementation
Coordination & assistance
- Relieve the management operationally & strategically & follow up on topics on your own responsibility
- Coordinate appointments, meetings & projects & document results cleanly
- Prepare customer & partner communication at a demanding level & partly conduct it on behalf of the management
Tools & AI
- Build & maintain complex Excel models with formulas, cross-references & clear structure
- Create high-quality presentations & decision documents (PowerPoint, Gamma or similar)
- Use AI tools efficiently for automation, research & analysis – with the leading LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Llama)
